Recruitment Campaign Marketing is ever-evolving. So is the world of Logistics. In this case, Findex HR representing Southern Milk Transport, was faced a critical challenge in expanding their workforce. This was to meet the demands of their growing operations in short timeframe.

Solution

We developed and executes a comprehensive strategy. It was a strategy that utilised both static visuals and engaging video content. So with the deliverables nailed down the main media channel used was Facebook/Social Media Ads.

This client has seen a 658% total cumulative revenue increase over 3 years. Google Ads had a 14x ROAS, and Facebook Ads averaged a 32x ROAS. Monthly revenue increased by 130%, and their customer database grew from a few hundred to over 16,000

Challenge

When Rio Tinto owned NZAS – know locally as Tiwai, came to us there was uncertainty around their future or remaining open causing staff to leave. As far as CE Chris Blenkiron was concerned though, Tiwai was 'business as usual. As such they needed a campaign to recruit in a number of key roles.

Solution

We produced the campaign 'WHY TIWAI' The idea was to target possible employees through various channels such as social media and online, to make them aware there was a career path and still opportunities within Tiwai and Rio Tinto as a whole, but to also show why Tiwai was a great place to work too

Result

Through targeted channels such as social media, google and you tube we targeted a range of demographics, with 977 applications during this time. The results were very positive and to see as many applications come through as we did, we deemed the campaign a success
